1. Overview

In the Projects, after generating test cases and scripts, you can delete all the files at once from their respective pages.

2. Deleting Multiple Files at Once

Perform the following:

  1. As a user, navigate to Projects.
  2. In the Projects, search for the required project where you choose to delete the test cases and generated scripts at once.
  3. Open Test Cases folder, in top right corner there is Delete All.
  4. On clicking on it a pop-up will appear saying this cation cannot be undone and if you need cancel the cation it can be cancelled here or go ahead with Delete All. 
  5. Open Test Scripts folder, Click on more dropdown at top right corner to see Delete All option.
  6. On clicking on it a pop-up will appear saying this cation cannot be undone and if you need cancel the action it can be cancelled here or go ahead with Delete All.
  7. The user should have access to delete all functionality, for this the project admin must provide the access to the user.
  8. Follow the below section to know more about providing permissions.


3. Providing Permissions 

To provide permissions as an administrator, perform the following: 

  1. As a admin, click the Settings and select Access Settings.
  2. In this window, select 'Can Delete' option in the 'Multiple File Delete' subsection heading to enable permission to delete multiple files.

4. Verifying as a User

To verify if the 'Delete all' option is enabled, perform the following:

  1. Navigate to the same project as described in Second section.
  2. Click on delete all from Test Case and Test Scripts.
  3. You can then delete the selected files from the respective folder.

5. Assigning a Project as an Admin and Providing Permissions

To assign a project, perform the following:

  1. Navigate to the Projects section and choose a project which needs to be assigned.
  2. Click the More Menu to select the 'Assign Users' option from the list of submenu options.
  3. In the Assign Users window, choose the user to whom you wish to assign the project. Select the checkbox next to the user's email ID to assign the project. 
  4. Perform section three to provide permissions.

5.1 Verifying Permissions 

As an assigned user, you can verify if the 'Delete all' option is enabled or not by following the steps described in Section four.

5.2 Menu options for Assigned Users

After assigning the project, the user will be able to see a  fewer set of options in the submenu list.
