How to Unlock a Scenario

Unlock a scenario as a single user

When editing scenarios, if you happen to switch between browsers, refresh, or close a browser unexpectedly, then the scenario will be locked.

Unlock a scenario

1. In the Main Canvas, navigate to More Menu options > Edit Scenario> Edit Scenario Form.
2. In the Edit Scenario Form, navigate to Scenario Sequence section.
3. If the scenario is locked unexpectedly while editing GWT steps in the Scenario Sequence, then you have two options:
   1. Request administrator assistance and proceed with the steps.
   2. Click the lock button to unlock a scenario.
      

Unlock a scenario in the case of concurrent users in a centralized project

When editing scenarios, if you happen to switch between browsers, refresh, or close a browser unexpectedly, then the scenario will be locked. You can request administrator assistance or click the lock button to unlock the scenario.

Tip: It is recommended to use the back button and save the edited details in the Scenario Sequence section.
