1. Overview

You can generate custom values with quotes in the Feature File using the DOUBLE_QUOTE<value>DOUBLE_QUOTE keyword format using Follow Me feature.

2. Generating Custom Values with Quotes

To generate custom values with quotes using the Follow Me feature, perform the following:

1. Navigate to the Main Canvas > click Follow Me feature to record a scenario.
2. Enter Scenario name, outline and click Create.
3. Select the appropriate feature checkbox to view the list of UI elements configured.
4. In this screen, select the required UI element and click the Edit icon corresponding to that UI element.
5. Edit Control window appears. In this screen, select Show More link to add the required custom value in Custom value text box, then click Save and OK.
   
   If you enter custom values into the Custom Value text boxes in this format "<value>", these values will appear in the Feature File without the double quotes.

Note: You can add custom values with quotes in Edit Scenario Feature as well. For more information, refer to alias step section of Managing Test Cases using Edit Scenario workflow.
