2. Accessing View Logs Feature
1. Overview
The View Log feature allows you to review the history of your actions. You can search for specific logs using keywords, filter them by date (YYYY-MM-DD format is used), category, and also copy payload data when needed.
2. Accessing View Logs Feature
Perform the following:
- Navigate to the Main Canvas.
- In the Project Explorer pane, search by the required project name.
- Click More Menu ( icon) to select View Logs.
3. Functionality Summary
View Logs screen displays the following:
- Search functionality
- Categories
- Pagination
1.1 Search functionality
In the Search textbox, you can enter a specific keyword, date (YYYY-MM-DD format ) and press 'Enter' or click the search icon to search for the user actions. The clear () icon is enabled when the search keyword is entered, allowing you to reset or clear the search criteria.
Additionally, you can search using a specific keyword and filter by selecting the appropriate category, as shown:
Note: When searching directly by the username listed in the user column, you may not find results. Instead, use the username listed in any other column as your search keyword to see the desired information.
1.2 Selecting the Categories
You can select the appropriate category from the dropdown list. By default, 'All categories' option is selected. Available categories are:
1.3 Pagination
If there are more than 10 user actions, then you can use the pagination functionality to navigate to the different pages.
1.4 Copying the Payload data
Perform the following;
- Hover over the Data column in the corresponding line item of the log to enable down arrow.
- Click Down arrow.
- Click copy () icon.
- Upon copying the payload data successfully, 'Copied Successfully' message is displayed:
